The iCan language school, in cooperation with the International Association of Doctors in Slovakia (MALnS), has developed a language program for foreign doctors to help them to pass a medical exam (doplňujúca skúška), as well as for their professional implementation in Slovakia. In April and May, two groups of Slovak language courses were organized for foreign health professionals who speak Slovak at the B1 level and higher, with the financial support of one of the Slovak foundations. The course was free for doctors of the initiative "Let's all come together to help Slovakia" free of charge.
The course continues from June 15. Anyone who is currently studying or wants to start a Slovak course for doctors will have the opportunity to use the program of the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The IOM Migration Information Center offers the opportunity to obtain financial support for training and retraining courses for foreigners. Detailed information can be found on the IOM website.
Dates: 15 June to 15 August 2020 and 15 August to 15 October 2020.
